On a spiritual level, we chose to be MILABs so that people would never have to be MILABed again- we chose at a certain level to understand the experience of the MILAB and to talk about it openly what is really being done to members of the human populace so that people who are not having this done have the choice to participate in ending this battle, this struggle- so that others would receive a clarion call of help to those who cannot help themselves. We chose as figureheads to destroy the mind-body-spirit connection so that we would learn the "art" of cruelty and inhumanity so that our stories could be enlightening the masses so that their sensitivities would be awakened to become more compassionate in the process. It is all about love and compassion and we have chosen a hard road, but make no mistake, we are on a very real, tangible level waking up the masses one at a time. Psychicly people could not have done the Occupy Wall Street phenomenon without the aid and assistance of people like ourselves, the disappeared, the abducted in other ways, the kidnapped, the silenced, the tortured- spiritually the energy of that awakening to these experiences has fueled the revolution of the masses to just say no to it ever happening (or continuing to happen) ever again. "First a ripple of consternation, then a revealing" is what my guides call it.

On the L.O.W.F.I. Site: "Hum a Few Bars for Me" by David Andrew: Beeping Sounds
Hum a Few Bars for Me by David Andrew.
At the L.O.W.F.I. site, this guest article by David Andrew on the buzzing and humming sounds often heard by some abductees. I don't consider myself an abductee, as I often point out, for two reasons. One, I have no idea what the abduction phenomena is about and two, I don't have any specific conscious memories of the classic abduction scenario, even though I have had a lot of very strange experiences. As Jeremy Vaeni said to me once I've gone through "Abduction 101." (Missing time, strange dreams, obsessions, synchronicities, life time of UFO sightings, aliens...) Yet, I have heard these strange buzzings, clickings, hummings and electronic type sounds in my head many times during OOBEs and related experiences.
Andrew cites research done in this area of sound and brain wave patterns and writes:
Either way, this pattern of hearing buzzing, beeping, humming sounds during sleep, OOBEs, abductions, etc. is something that is reported by some UFO witnesses, including myself.
These sounds are not heard by just abductees however. In some Bigfoot encounters and other high strangeness events witnesses report hearing these sounds. See Greg Taylor's Her Sweet Murmur, and my Beeping article for UFO Digest.

Some abductees have reported humming or buzzing sounds just before certain abduction experiences. This made me wonder if these sounds might actually have a purpose that could be related to the abductee’s brain wave function. Could extraterrestrials be utilizing sound to affect abductee’s brain waves and, what would be the purpose in doing so? It seems quite evident that sound waves can affect brain waves.Andrew goes on to cite experiments done by the Department of Defense using sound to alter brain waves. While Andrew doesn't come out and say it -- and I don't know if this is his intent or not -- I wonder if he wasn't getting at MILABs. (Military Abductions.)

Question Has Been Posed:" Is Whitley Strieber Advocating Implants?"
I've just skimmed what's all there, so can't comment much. But a couple of things: seems Daniel Pinchbeck, who I greatly admire, has issues with Strieber, as I've commented on the past as well. Two psychonauts I respect at odds with each other. Always interesting. Then there's the late Mac Tonnies' thoughts on Strieber (Mac being another person I admired) -- which are very intriguing -- referenced on the RI OP. But what to think? Seems as wild in many ways as the simple idea Strieber is saying he experienced exactly what he did, indeed, experience. Can we fault the "experiencer" for stumbling around and trying to process the incredible? What else is he/she to do? And what of the enigmatic remark from the author of this post at RI about "psychic" interplays? via computer?:
"I posted a response suggesting an alternate explanation to Strieber’s paranoid insistence that sinister forces were behind the edits, namely, that Whitley had unconsciously altered the text via some sort of psychic interface with his software (something which has almost certainly happened in my experience)."That's quite a concept, one that's never entered my mind. And yet, I had something close to that myself once...does this mean the computer can be a conduit for communication for "them" as with ghost/hauntings -- those spirits and energies that use electricity to communicate? Which would mean Strieber's mind wasn't playing tricks on him, but "they" were.
I'm not defending anyone here, nor, attacking. Both seem downright stupid as well as silly and petty. When it comes to the individual and his or her experiences, we can't dare to tell them how to go about their journey, or be so presumptuous, as so many are in this field, to tell them how to interpret those experiences. Ida Craddock: 'Sexual Outlaw, Erotic Mystic'
Reviews of: Vere Chappell's Sexual Outlaw, Erotic Mystic: The Essential Ida Craddock.
A skeptic view (fantasy prone, sexual abuse, etc.) on the following but still interesting: THE MAGONIA BLOG: Sexual Outlaw, on the story Ida Craddock. Craddock (1857-1902) was a sexologist, who learned about sexual pleasures from 'Soph' a ghost. Parallels to Mary, to contactees, succubi and incubus, and to all those sexual-supernatural unions are obvious. I haven't read the book; I'm not familiar with Craddock but I'm looking forward to reading this book.
I notice that the forward is written by Tarot author and scholar Mary K. Greer.
Craddock was the victim of her times; the moral setting she lived in would have put her in prison for her attitudes, (she was the target of "Anthony Comstock and his Society for the Suppression of Vice . . ." according to this review on Vere Chappell's bio page.) Instead, she committed suicide.

Sex of The Fourth Kind: Alien-Human Sex Studies: | UFO Digest provides video proof of ufos, alien abduction and the paranormal.
From Paul Schroeder for UFO Digest, the following article on sex and aliens:Sex of The Fourth Kind: Alien-Human Sex Studies:
Idea is, entities/aliens=demons, who are feeding off us sexually... really a not unfamiliar theme in esoterica, and lore has a wealth of stories of succibi and incubus. Are those really aliens, or descriptions of energies religious people call "demons" (non-ET, but non-human entities just the same).
And in a somewhat related post: my entry on UFO Mary about "demonic possession" via sexual activity, as well as the general insanity of Henry Makow's website.
Part of the understanding of the interaction between alien and humans on Earth is not just in understanding alien tactics and underlying alien motives. It is of a sexual nature. The astounding answer in part begins with the realization that we are, by nature, beyond our awareness and general understanding, inter dimensional beings. We contain and exude both a physical energy and a spiritual energy. As some of our psychic "energy" extends into other dimensions, these energies can be seen and regularly utilized by dark entities.Reptilian/grey aliens the pilots of UFOs, demons, and other dark astral wildlife, frequent this dark dimension.

Gary Haden: The Hyperbolic Chamger: Bozotopia, Or Don't Blame the Clowns for What the Circus Did to Them
Another stunningly excellent article by Gary Haden on David Jacobs academic UFO research meltdown, and Emma Woods: The Hyperbolic Chamber: Bozotopia, Or Don't Blame the Clowns for What the Circus Did to Them. The comments, many from Emma Woods, and others mentioned in Gary's post, are as much a part of the article as Haden's content, so be sure to read those as well.
I left a comment over there, remarking that I still find it astounding that so few in UFO Land are actively discussing this, and, worse, among those that are, many are defending Jacobs, seeing him as victim, misunderstood, a person stalked by an obsessive, mentally unbalanced female. It is simply unbelievable.
Aside from Gary Haden, UFO Magazine, in its current issue, has addressed this, with, among others, an excellent article by Jeremy Vaeni. Vaeni and Jeff Ritzmann have been discussing this since the beginning, and, given a place for Emma Woods to speak. (See the Paratopia list feed for episodes.) Researcher Raymond Fowler has left a few encouraging post at UFO Magazine's blog.
But overall, the majority of voices out there remain silent, or give the aura of boredom surrounding this.

RE-ABS: Not MILABS: How the Covert-Ops' Reverse Engineering of Extraterrestrial Abductees Shifts the Abduction Paradigm by Melinda Leslie, on Kay Wilson's Alien Jigsaw site, which is an excellent site by the way. Here's her opening paragraph:
Twenty years ago I came to learn of my own experiences with extraterrestrial (ET) abduction. After only two years into my discovery process, I suddenly had a new form of encounter – one that included the involvement of military personnel in my experiences. This new discovery led me to research the military or covert-ops involvement in other cases besides my own, and learning that I was not alone. In fact, many abductees share a covert human involvement in their lives. I have now conducted over fifty formal interviews with abductees who have these covert-ops experiences and I'm familiar with at least another fifty more. Over the years, these experiences became the focus of my research, but my definition of them changed as the research grew and changed. I have since come to call these experiences, "the reverse engineering of ET abductees."

Emma Woods and David Jacobs
In February, Paratopia hosts Jeremy Vaeni and Jeff Ritzman aired tapes of conversations with Emma Woods and Dr. David Jacobs. Woods is an abductee, and was a client of Jacobs, undergoing numerous hypnotic sessions.
There is much to say here, starting with the important reminder to us all that we weren't there, we don't know these individuals, etc. Having said that, after listening to the Vaeni/Ritzman program --- wow. Jacobs does not come across well, and I'm surprised at the lack of UFO blog/researcher comments on this.
Deirdre, of Interstellar Housewife, and a contributor here at WOE, did write a post about this a while ago. You can also visit Paratopia's site and message forum for more. And, of course, there is Emma Woods herself: Emma Woods: Is it Alien Abduction...?

Instellar Housewife: 'Alien Healthcare and How I Got a Unicorn'
Deirdre's blog Interstellar Housewife has a good piece up: Alien Healthcare and How I Got a Unicorn on Interstellar Housewife. A funny yet meaty post (hmmm, well, never mind...)
I do believe that aliens are here, have been here forever, and much of what's in those UFOs are ETs. That's almost a given, but so what? There's so much more surrounding the phenomena; but sorry, I'm going off on a rant here. Back to ISH. I'm in agreement with her on this; we don't know what the aliens (if they are aliens; not all of them are, maybe, possibly. . .) are really up to, and maybe they're not "up to" anything, except making us think they are. Another rant coming on, never mind. I share Deirdre's opinion that it's an odd response to the alien presence to assume they're benign; that our fear or anxities or just being plain pissed off at their show at our expense! is our fault and our lack of understanding. Blaming the victim mentality. Anyway, visit ISH and read the article! Many in Exopolitics would have you believe that extra-terrestrials are visiting Earth and are waiting for us to get our shit together so we can be inducted into the Magical Galactic Federation of Enlightened Beings, Rainbows and Unicorns. They assume (and pretend to know) that actual UFOs are “alien” in nature , and the occupants are totally friendly. Ignoring the fact we have no real proof of the former (and I don't count hush-hush insider info as 'proof'), I say poppycock! If these aliens are really that friendly and concerned about our well being, then what's with all the kidnapping?

Mechanical Voices From the Fringe
Reports of electronic, mechanical sounding voices from entities are sometimes reported as part of a UFO or some other unexplained event. Ghosts, aliens, UFOs, general high strangeness... buzzing, whirring, chimes, bells, clanging, metallic-electronic-mechanical type voices seem to emanate but, from where, and why do they sound so weirdly odd? This electronic weirdness has also been reported in some Mothman accounts.
The blog Strange Planet has a very interesting post about this strange sounding "voice," which inspired me to think on this and write about it at my blog Mothman Flutterings.

From Hidden Experiences: "five owls"
Another poetically moving piece from Mike Clelland's Hidden Experience blog, this one another entry about the appearance of owls. I like this blog because it's very personal, and the author seems connected with nature and signals around him -- listens to them -- as go-betweens and guides from one world of awareness to another. As Mike has written in the "about this blog" section:
I think for many of us with experiences of the UFO/paranormal/Fortean kind, these clues, signs, messages, synchronicities . . . act as reminders and guides to these experiences. Often something triggers some nagging feeling or bit of memory or a dream or something that I know has to do with "the other" but not sure why, or how, not just yet. And this absolutely includes UFOs.
That is why I am always urging others in the UFO field to include these reports and types of witnesses and accounts instead of rejecting them as nonsense or irrelevant. It's also why I am so appreciative of those who, like Mike, put themselves out there and so willingly share their experiences. A big part of this, I think, is that we just can't help ourselves but also, we hope that in our sharing of seemingly unrelated, vague, so-called "so what" moments we'll find that someone else knows what we're talking about. I can't speak for Clelland or anyone else of course and maybe I'm presuming much here; but I do see connections with these kinds of things. It's like looking at some types of art or listening to poetry or jazz; an abstraction or symbolism that doesn't, on the surface, "mean" much but yet resonates with the viewer anyway.
Events can be hard to recall. Especially when these memories seem to stretch my psyche in ways that can be distressing. If these memories and events are just tiny clues, what do they point to?.
I feel strongly that something is going on. But what that might be, seems beyond my ability to solve

From March: Grey Matters column: Disenchanting News in the Land of Enchantment
Here's a Grey Matters column from Lesley that I missed somehow; it's from March. As Lesley says, it's not esoteric but definitely horrifying. (Although, serial killers share a definite esoteric place within that realm.) Disenchanting News in the Land of Enchantment
The victims are women, and, as with other serial killings with female victims, not much seems to be done about it, and particularly when the victims are "lower class" -- i.e. protitutes, drug addicts, etc.

Ann Druffel on Tim Binnall
Ann Druffel appears on Tim Binnall's BOA. I haven't listened to it yet, (just about to though!) but I'm sure it's going to be very interesting!
Druffel is co-author, (D.Scoot Rogo) of The Tujunga Canyon Contacts, a classic in UFO literature. This book is one of the early books I read on UFOs, and the experience drew me further into the realm of UFOs. Born in Los Angeles and living all over Southern and Northern California, I had a particularly strong reaction to the experiences in that book.
Here are some links: you can order the book via Anomalist Books. And listen to the interview on Tim's site here.

Pamela Stonebrook, Reptilians and Radio Misterioso

Pamela Stonebrook is a contactee who says she's encountered Reptilian aliens; on a very intimate level. Greg Bishop interviewed her some time ago and the podcast is now available on-line here. (there are many interviews to listen to over there, including the one I did with Greg last Jan.)
I first heard about Pamela's story when I was doing a project on UFOs when I was studying folklore; about ten years ago or so. I didn't know what to think, and I still don't. I do know a few people personally that have had sightings of Reptilians, and, well, what do you do with that? Jim Sparks, one of many abductees, has had encounters with reptilians.)
But no matter, it's an interesting topic!

A Little Experiment: Pendulums, Telepathy and Aliens

I have an article up at UFO Digest on my personal experience with UFOs and aliens: A Little Experiment: Pendulums, Telepathy and Aliens
Three different times I’ve had the eerie experience of knowing that “they” were in the room with us. Who “they” are, I’m not sure, but a few things I just know to be true are: “they” are related to UFOs, “they” are not human, and yet have a connection to us, and “they” are very much aware of us; far more than we are of them.

You might be wondering what Popyeye and Jeep have to do with anything; well, read it and you'll find out!
