The Raelians offend a lot of people: Christians, atheists, the UFO Police and so on. They really offend some Muslims, as history has shown. Here's the latest:

Negar Azizmoradi, leader of the Iranian branch of the International Raelian Movement, has been granted asylum status in the United States after facing persecuting in her home country.

For those of you unfamiliar with the Raelian Church, they’re the pro-orgy UFO cult started by a French race car driver who believes Jesus was a prophet contacted by the extraterrestrial race that seeded human on life on Earth. Nothing weird, or anything. There’s also that whole embarrassing incident when they claimed to have created the first human clone back in 2002 (they didn’t).

Azimoradi’s family received word that she was to be arrested after publicly stating her Raelian beliefs, an arrest that would most likely have amounted to a death sentence in Iran.
